From the award-winning Parkers Arms and Freemasons at Wiswell to the Courtyard Dairy and Bowland Food Hall, The Forest of Bowland is a veritable cornucopia of fantastic food.

Bowland Food Hall in Clitheroe – just a short walk through the grounds of the castle from the railway station – is the perfect showcase for the best produce in Bowland, and on Tuesdays and Saturdays, the stalls at Clitheroe Market are always well stocked with local produce.
